Dismissal of a Central or State Government employee on grounds of corruption or disloyalty, operates as a disqualification against contesting an election for five years. He is required to submit a certificate from the organization to the effect that he was not dismissed on these two grounds, but in Varanasi dismissed constable Tej Bahadur Yadav has not submitted any such certificate.
Why do some people think that he should be dealt differently simply coz he is contesting against Modi ji.? Law has to be applied equally against everybody.
